MB “AksonGS” (hereinafter, the ‘OWNER’) hereby informs Users, by way of this Cookies Policy, of the use of data storage and retrieval devices on Users’ terminals and equipment.

Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or judicial remedy, Users shall be entitled to file a claim before a Supervisory Body, specifically in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, place of work, or where the alleged offence was committed, in the event that they consider that the processing of their personal data has not been in accordance with the regulations, or in the event that they are not able to exercise their rights. The Supervisory Body before which the claim has been filed shall inform the claimant of the progress and outcome of the claim.
